We are all eating clean now! Our youngest has been hospitalized 2 x this past week. She experienced a ruptured ovarian cyst and 2 days later, a kidney stone. The ER doctors believe she may have PCOS and we are pursing that. I want you to know that you were/are a God-send! I am now interested in pursing a certification in holistic nutrition as well! She is learning to do this on her own while sick. I go there every 3 weeks and do a massive grocery shop with her and meal planning. It's the only way I can keep her well. First, after 5 days into the beginning of the program, having followed the guidelines given to us as far as elimination recommendations, I noticed the swelling in my ankles went away completely! I had been coming home from work with swollen legs and ankles daily, and I couldn’t wait to get out of my shoes – but I was shocked that by eliminating sugar that first week, that I would experience such an obvious and immediate effect.
